The facilities and services at Thomond Village student accommodation are second to none.  Our management team takes great care of the students to ensure their time with us is both productive and enjoyable. We have on-site reception and management offices to assist with maintenance issues. Security personnel is on-site daily, so there is always a point of contact available to the students.

Our purpose-built apartments are equipped with all the necessities and are ready for the students to personalise to their own tastes so that Thomond Village really does become a home away from home. All students need to bring is their own bed linen (pillows, duvet, and sheets) towels, and their own cutlery, plate, cup, bowl, pots, and cooking utensils.

Thomond Village Study Hub – The Study Hub provides a number of study spaces for students of Thomond Village.

Individual study spaces for quiet study, or a place to take a break from serious study by reading a newspaper or a novel.

A separate room can be booked on request for collaborative, group study on projects or presentations, fully equipped with an LCD Screen.

For the incoming year, we continue to offer the shuttle bus as an add-on service provided by our village to all TUS students.
