The office provides a photocopying & printing service. Our Project & Study Room is equipped with computers that have broadband internet access for people who want to study in groups or who don't have their own computer.

Facilities in the Complex
There are full laundry facilities on-site. There is also a full time maintenance man and management office so that any household maintenance problems can be dealt with in an efficient manner. There is a shop on-site that will sell the basics such as bread and milk, frozen foods, stationery, etc. There are student common areas furnished with vending machines and study desks, computers etc.

Recreation Areas
Keep fit on our all weather soccer areas. We have large comfortable common rooms, one equipped with a large screen TV etc., another with pool tables etc. for when you need to chill out with friends.

Deposit
The deposit is €290, payable as soon as possible. The deposit is refunded in full at the end of the year unless there are deductions for damages.

Direct Dial Card Phone System
Direct dial card phone system in each apartment giving free telephone calls to your friends in Thomond Village and a cheap method of keeping in touch with family and friends at home and abroad. As the phone is operated using low cost prepaid phone cards there is no fear of you or others running up a big bill.

ESB Provision
A provision of €340 is paid to cover the academic year. This generally covers the budgeted allowance, however if the electricity is being over used the excess amount must be paid for.

Utilities Provision
A provision of €215 is paid to cover all utility bills and services for the academic year, such as waste disposal, shuttle bus, phone, TV, 24 hour security and end of term cleaning.

Facilities in Each Apartment
Each apartment comes fully furnished with cutlery, plates, cups, pillows, duvets etc. Bed linen can be supplied for a small additional charge. 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. Each room has an individual study space with a broadband connection available to LIT and the Internet giving complete access to email, messaging, world wide web etc.
